Not able to register a motor accident claim

Not able to register a motor accident claim due to me not being the driver of the vehicle, however able to register a hail claim on the same vehicle. The policy is on my name and the driver is my wife. The consultant said that she was unable to call my wife back. My wife tried calling and could not get through. This is a complete waste of my time and her time. To top it all of I tried to register the claim on the website and it times out all the time.
