After a long stressful week of calling into the MiWay call center claims department, l finally managed to get my claim through. Up to this point in time, all l get is the same old statement, they experiencing a high call volume? No one from the Claims department has bothered to call and update me on the status of my claim, l have sent emails to the info, email address expressing my concerns. Still no one got back to me. I even managed to get the guy from the message center to go down to the Claims department and ask. He even couldn't get any help from the claims department. I've read many articles relating to my situation, and l'm getting very worried if l'm insured with the RIGHT company? Many customers have expressed their frustrations, what is MiWay doing about it? I'm sorry but l've lost my patience, when it comes to new contracts the lines are open, you don't even need to wait a minute, regarding claims... I've waited for more than twenty minutes daily, and this is week two. Currently looking at a newer insurer...
