Pick 'n Pay
Cannot use my uCount card

According to the Standard bank uCount rewards programme, Pick n Pay is listed as a participating ucount rewards retailer. Upon producing my activated ucount card to pay for my goods, the teller looks blankly at me and says "What is this". I then asked a supervisor, and he too did not know what the Ucount card was. Finally the manager stated that they do not accept uCount cards. This is unacceptable.
