Ef: 5657602 and ref : 5654844, the purpose of having an online facility is for those that cannot and do not have time to go to the bank, Again standard bank consultant promises . i applied for overdraft increase and still kept holding for sales consultants to contacts me. was supose to be 3 hours it appears to be more than that unacceptable, let alone this consultant Edna tells me that i will have to SLA, then she tells me i have to wait 24 hrs again. i dont have time for jokes we working here! bad customer service
