7 days to submit documentation what a joke

A loan was applied for over festive season by Mrs Adele Olivier - a signed copy of a tennant renting a flat had to be submitted - however the estage agents who handles the owners affairs closed over festive season - a copy of the unsigned lease document was emailed about 5 times everytime ending up with another consultant - a letter from the estage agent's office closure was also send - nobody said anything about you have to submit document for the loan within 7 days. The same day the agents opened to get the signed contract Direct Axis said oh well sorry you can only apply in 3 months again since you took longer than 7 days to submit your documents. Even an affidavit from the estage agents where sent through to confirm the tennant is staying at that address.
