I've had it, there's no service at FNB. I opened a business bank account to be able to get a speedpoint in my shop, my contract said that I'll pay an amount of R350 per month and 3.5% for every transaction, FNB charged me R868.00 every month! My contract had no dates where I was binded to a certain time period. Unfortunately the business didn't last long, I cancelled the speedpoint on the 1 Feb 2013, got an email back that I should fill some forms and send back, I did that, on 25 Feb I contacted them again to find out where I should take the speedpoint, they said that someone will collect it from me, nothing happened, again I called the helpline but NOBODY, could assist, keep transferring me from one to another consultant, I then sent another email on the 26 March, only on the 3 April someone collected it from me, NOW still today FNB is charging me R868 every month they send emails as if the speedpoint is still in use, I keep sending email but no reply, I want to close the bus account I'm not using it anymore as I don't have a business to use it for! But I can't as it R3000 in minus already. Can there really be so little help from a bank?
