DISGRACEFUL SERVICE BY BRUVOS INSURANCE

On 23/09/13 I was involved in an accident at Emperor's Palace with a client of Bruvos Insurance - Taste of Mumbai (Chetty Anand) - Shahigroup.
The driver of the vehicle from Taste of Mumbai subsequently had acknowledged in a written affidavit his guilt and I was referred to Bruvos Insurance by Chetty Anand to finalize the claim.
All the relevant requested documentation for the claim was submitted to both Bruvos & Zurich Insurer's on 29/10/2013.
Marius Bezuidenhout of Bruvos Insurance then promised me on 12/12/13 to provide me with a claims number and forms from Zurich Insurance before Friday 13/12/13 to process the claim, without any success thereto.
105 days after an accident happened, and a claim was instituted at Bruvos Insurance they are still incapable to process a fair and valid claim.
My only interpretation of the whole matter is that either Marius Bezuidenhout is incapable of doing his work profoundly or he acts carelessly.
He never responds on my e-mails, once again today - poor service to say the least thereof.
