Please help me Hello Peter, this is a follow up on complaint, the service delivery at ABSA it's serious challenge, word of advise they need to send all the call centre agents on a serious training as this where they lack the most. After my first complaining Claim 2492114 this hasn't been resolve yet the contractors at Roller Shuttle took two weeks to fix the damages and I'm not happy about the Gutters weren't properly inserted or installed and its two obvious to notice. My windows still aren't being attended to we still leave in the open rooms this is ridiculous and putting our lives in danger as well. I've been trying to get some assistance on this number 0860 111 555 to log a complaint since Friday the phone rings none stop and when they finally answer the phone without greeting the lady refuse to give me her name I called twice on Friday and today same thing happen. My question is to ABSA why did you tell us when we took this policy that this was going to be the kind of service you render going forward we wouldn't took the policy. I NEED MY GATTERS TO BE SORTED AND MY WINDOWS ASAP
