Got the job but waiting 2 months to start

I was called up for an interview and was then said that I have the job and that the main branch in the cape is happy with my cv and backgroud and could start in november 2013 where I will bee sent on courses for the remainder of the year and then will start work on 6 january 2014 and as I was seposed to go on course they said its moved to january. As I went this morning to work I was told by jason sorry they can't apoint me because his mother (a share holder) died. I asked if I still have the job and he said he doesn't know. They must hear by there lawyer who gets the shares before they can employ any one. So if been without a job for almost 3 months now because of this. And he now said that he doest know if I have a job there. Don't know what I am gone do now. Only thing now is to look for a job again. If lost three months of sallary because of them and is struggling now.
