I phoned on 26/12/2013, requesting that this policy is cancelled. On the 27 the premium of R492 was deducted. I phoned AGAIN 29/12/2013, spoke to Andile who apparently is my PPC (Personal Portfolio Consultant). What a big word for such bad service given. He doesn't even know his manager's surname... GABRIE???

I was promised a call back about my refund and OBVIOUSLY nothing happened. TODAY 06/01/2014, I PHONED AGAIN. He just told me that my money will be in my account by Wednesday. Seeing is believing. The service that I received thus far is pathetic and non-existent. And this, just to cancel the insurance. I really do not want to know what service you give if it comes to claim stage...
