I requested my free credit report from XDS on their website on 01/01/2014. After logging into my account I had access to my credit report that was not updated since October 2013 because I had a free trial account which expired on 31/10/2013. I emailed XDS on 01/01/2014 explaining my situation and KRISALA NAIDOO responded on 02/01/2014 advising me that I am required to call the XDS Call Centre to request my credit report. KRISALA NAIDOO emailed me again on 03/01/2014 (in response to my email on 02/01/2014) explaining that I would now need to subscribe to XDS for a once off fee of R99 in order to view my credit report on the XDS website; alternatively I could contact their Call Centre for my free credit report. I emailed KRISALA NAIDOO on 03/01/2014 requesting XDS to please call me regarding the credit report. Krisala Naidoo then never got back to me. Why can I not request my free credit report online and why do you not call me as reqeusted? Please assist.
