Cancelled contract, money deducted without permis

I phoned Outsurance last year with regards to a claim that needs to be paid out. however, they had a lot of excuses and at the end of the day the claim wasnt paid out. I told the.consultant to cancel my insurance policy with Outsuranfe and he refused to do so, but told me that he can adjust my premium to a less amount as it were at that stage after i told them that i have to pay a lot of money just to go throuh this trouble. and because i run a funeral parlour, it reflects poor service delivery due to the circumstances at that stage. i changed to another insurance company in the meantime and still do they, outsurance, deduct money from my business account and that leads to other debit orders being sent back in my business account which also reflects a bad account control. how do i go about getting my money back that they've deducted since i gave them the instructions to do so? and how do i go about stopping them, outsurance, with the deductions?
