Debit order cancelling

I went into the standerd bank in lambton, where the service is terrible. stood in the que for 20minutes.
got to the front explained what i would like to do.
then she printed out a form which states thet the debit was cancelled. i signed it.
it was then told to me that it has been cancelled.
it was for netstar
the car was sold.
it cost me R30 bucks to cancel this debit order.and today i went into my account on internet, and saw that
it went through. they gave netstar the money.
how many times must you now go into the bank to stop this debit order.
i am so fedup. nobody does their work properly
