Stopped Insurance and still being billed

I had a claim, witch was handled in a improper manner by the assessor, consultant and management, unfortunately I am only allowed to type a summary of what has happened. After numerous attempts to contact the relevant person, I was told that they will come back to me also on numerous accounts, but I'm still awaiting the feed back since May 2013 when I submitted the claim (my first claim so by the way in approx 9 years)
I am a single parent, and I thought it was a priority to have good short term insurance with outsurance whom I believed was the best on the market. I'm very disappointed, in the manner in which they handled my claim and the way I have been treated.
I have since stopped my insurance with outsurance and I have also stopped the debit order but still outsurance is taking my money every month...
