Bad Attitude from a call centre agent

I called in to book my accommodation for Cape town. The lady by the name of Delishia picked up. She just started shouting at me saying that she can't hear me in a bad attitude, when I asked her why she was shouting at me she said "Madam I think you have a problem." I was shocked as she was on a speaker phone and my colleagues were listening. I ended up not booking at all. When I calle dfor the second time the lady by the name of Yvonne picked up. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager so when I explained what happened to her she just said she was sorry and wanted to know if I wanted to continue with the booking. I asked her for a written apology and she said she'll do a follow up of which I never received until I tweeted them and the gentleman by the name of Simon responded and promised to give me that one of the travel agents will give me a call.

All this happened before Christmas and he called on the 27th of dec 2013 and I havent got a call from them but they debited my account for this month.

It seems like all they care about is making sales with no customer service!!
