Poor customer service

Last night Me and a friend passed by the baking section to get brownies. In front of us was a lady, whom was being helped by the "deli lady". After she was done helping her we stood there waiting, while she picked up her broom and began to continue her sweeping, I called her back and asked for help and her response was (with an angry, irritated face) " HEY BAGAITSO" which i do not even know what it means. I asked her if that is how she helped her customers and she began to raise her voice, I asked for the manager, instead the supervisor came and said that the manager was not on duty. While trying to explain what happened the ' DELI LADY' did not even allow me to, the way she interupted. I walked away and told the supervisor I will call customer care toda. After i said that..all of the sudden she brought one of the managers, while i was told there is no manager on duty. I use to work with customers 8 hours a day. My trainers use to teach us, greed your customers and ask how you can help them. Which she assumed we were with the lady infront, but did not ask. It is not my first time to experience a problem with that lady. I call it a stink attitude. Hope U can help them improve service
