UNAVAILABILITY OF STAFF FOR QUERIES

I have called the 0861 988 988 contact number which has been supplied to me by Anderson and my insurance brocker on the 3 January 2014 at 1h25 and to my surprise I got hold of the answering machine stating that their working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 18h00 in the evening.
the machine only gives an option of a towing service and goes completely off.(engaged tone).
my debit order didn't go through and I wanted to sort this out to get the banking details so tat I can do an eft as soon as possible as my wifes vehicle wasn't covered for the month of January.
I am really ashmed to have been part of these insurance company as they are not there to assist when needed.
I called my insurance brocker and they confirmed that they also have the same problem with Anderson insurance as some of their clients also called the brocker to find out if ther is any other alternative number they cant call to rreach Anderson insurance
apparently the staff at Anderson insurance left their offices at 13h00 today (3jan2014) hence there was no one to assist any of their clients except if we need a towing service.
now that simply tells me one thing, SERVIES IS NOT PRIORITY at Anderson.
