My daughter applied for a student loan on the 19th of january 2013.So far it has been 10 days and there has been no feedback whatsoever or response. My daughter registers on the 2nd of february at university. I went into the bank and they asked me to log a complaint on their electronic system at the bank which I did on the 29th of january and I still have no feedback. I am extremely upset and disappointed as my daughter and I bank with them, and my daughters future hangs in the balance of this pathetic service, no country has a turnaround time for a loan of 15days. I now have no choice but to escalate it to the regional manager of Gauteng and thereafter to the CEO of standard bank.
