I am highly disappointed and irritated by the service at Standard bank. I've applied for the student loan on the 22nd January and till today I haven't even received any feedback from them. I even went to the bank countless times and get told to call the call centre. I've called the call centre with no help and always get referred to different departments and at times have to wait up to 10 min on hold/line waiting to get assistant. The student needs to start with his second year course by this month (FEB), and I feel that Standard Bank is delaying us. All I need is for me to get feedback and bring the necessary documents to process the whole thing so the student can start with the course.
