Applied on 15th January 2013 and still nothing

Dear Sir / Madam, I applied for a Student Loan on 15th January 2013 time 11:04am with Standard Bank Greenstone. I am supposed to register at Wits University tomorrow (30th January 2013) and am supposed to show that I have deposited the registration fee of R8650.00 I have been constantly checking the website and the message I am getting says, "Your application is complete and has been submitted for processing." I waited at Standard Bank Greenstone today for 1 hour waiting for a lady to help us. Eventually we were told that someone would contact us before close of business but nobody did. I am stressing for tomorrow as I dont have the registration fee which should be paid. Please can somebody help me.. I feel like my whole future hangs in the balance.
