Rude & arrogant staff also lacking knowledge

I was @ Mega cityProspecton branch to do a withdrawal as my card was expired. The above staff member was so rude telling me that it was my duty to check the expiry date on the card, as the bank don't notify their clients or remind them to collect new cards. Nqobile got no ways of talking to clients I suggest you should send her for some refresher training if she forgot how to deal with clients. I would like to know your procedure as I've been banking with you for years and I always get reminders about my credit card when it's about to expire.
