Disgustingly pathetic service

My credit card expired in January 2013, to date I have not received a new card but must still make payments religiously & have done so! 2 months ago I queried this issue & was promised that the matter would be rectified immediately, after numerous enquiries since, the new card has been suspended & shredded with no correspondence unless I have contacted them! Again a week ago I arranged specifically for the card to be delivered to the Centurion Lifestyle branch so that I could personally collect the card, on further enquiry as advised a week later, to be told that the card was not at the branch but with the courier company - what part of I will collect the card personally do they not understand? I work odd hours & the card cannot be delivered to my workplace! I am beside myself with annoyance! Do they even give a about their clients? The worst of it is that I never chose to use the bank, the credit card was originally offered to me by Edgars & unfortunately standard bank was the bank that they chose to use, Edgars has since stopped working with standard bank (I wonder why???!!!) but I was assured of continued service by the bank with a blue bean credit card - what a joke!
