Lack of resolution for an urgent serious matte

On 30.12.13 I went to Bedford Village ATM - deposit. The machine jammed when I inserted the envelope. I could not remove the envelope, it was too far in (anybody with pliers would be able to remove it). Then it bombed out and gave me a "We are sorry we cannot process your request due to a technical problem. Please try again later".
I immediately called the number on the ATM & spoke to the agent. They said they would reboot the machine but I must just keep the slip as evidence. I waited for 30 minutes at the ATM and then left because I had to get back to work. I called Private B and she was not available to assist. I received an sms confirming the deposit into my account but it does not show. I explained the emergency to the Switchboard operator and she said she would call to assist. I emailed a full statement including photo's of the damaged atm, my envelope that is stuck and the fact that it is exposed to the street. I have received the worst service ever, the PB just does not understand the concept of feedback. I have logged a complaint on SB website - no response. I leave RSA on monday with this matter unresolved because SB just dont give a continental. Private banking???
