There is not enough space in a ream of paper to express all the issues I have had with FNB. My cheque account has gone into arrears, due to the fact that my employer has not paid my annual bonus as agreed, this matter is being handed to my fathers attorney because the company owes me over R75k already. FNB has sent me sms's stating the same, I am not disputing this. My problem is that i have replied to the sms's asking them to call me back, they have not. I have called the 0875774000 numerous times over the last few days and there is no answer or voicemail. I have spent a total of 103min holding for an answer, which is airtime i will never get back and wasted on this company. I will not go to the branch because the consultants are extremely rude when you discuss your arrears with them in person, i tried when i was disputing an illegal debit order they passed and the lady I was dealing with was very belittling as she made me feel that i was being stupid with my complaint, she kept cutting me off while i was speaking and she kept looking at the people walking in the door and asking me to repeat everything due to her distractions.
