Failure to close off on query. Still no answer

I made a deposit on an ATM in Glenvista Shopping Centre on Monday, 22 April 2013. Before the transaction could finish the ATM asked if I required more time to which I said no as I had assumed I did not. The transaction was then terminated immediately. No slip to confirm the transaction. The envelope and the deposit slip were in the ATM but then was not "sucked in" by the ATM - instead were stuck in the opening of the ATM (where the envelope is usually deposited). I then called the number on the ATM and told the lady of the incident. She told me to try and pull the envelope out which I did - but the envelope fell on the floor of the ATM (inside).
The machine was shut down while I was there and I was told to log the incident at the nearest branch the next day which I did. I was told the turnaround time is 6 working days. Week beginning 29 April I was told I had to supply the date of the incident. On Thursday, 2 May - I was told that the call was being escalated. I was assured that someone would call me within 48 hours. On Sat, 4 May I was told the people responsible for the query do not work weekends. On Monday, 6 May I am told that the query is being re-opened. I am FRUSTRATED!
