I'm so tired of fighting Dial Direct, ever since I laid a claim I'm always fighting and struggling every step of the way. My vehicle was towed in on the 11th January 2013, after someone drive into the back of it. For the first week Dial Direct could not allocate my car, even though they arranged the tow truck. They apparently took it to the wrong panel beater, and I had to inform them where the car was. During that week I received no feedback and had to keep calling them. It took the assessor a further week to the damage. We called the panel beaters a week ago and were informed that they have not even started repairs as they are awaiting the go ahead from the assessor. It is now the 3rd Feb 2013 and we have not as yet received our car. We are not getting any feedback from Dial Direct unless we phone them and even then it is pointless. They did however increase our premium to almost double and were quick to deduct the amount of my account.
I now pay double the premium and have the extra expense of renting a car.
Insuring with them was the biggest mistake ever and I will never ever recommend them to anybody.
Pathetic service is an understatement.
