I am utterly disgusted in your service! After the numerous pathetic attempts at recovering from the poor service you have provided me, you mentioned the month of January would be free (after a service of yours failed for five months). I have just received a notification of a deduction from my account made by yourselves. Supply me with a refund immediately and I will consider staying on as a client.
