Disgusted!!!

I am utterly disappointed at the service that I have received from STD Bank Home Loans.. I applied for a re advance and everything was approved. They first called for outstanding documents and i submitted them then two days later they ask for other documents. Please note that had I not called in to chevk how far my application is I would have never knew that I had to submit those documents.. What happened to stating all requirements at once??? What happened to SLA because they were way out of SlA??? What happened to service delivery??? I spoke to a team leader today and she promised I would get feedback regarding this by close of business and I have not received any feedback.. The service is horrific. I am disgusted.
