Power surge at 3rd avenue Melville on the 19th of December 2013. Reported to Outsurance on the 20th December 2013. Have spoken with 6 different call centre agents. I started out being calm and polite to eventually resorting to strong arm tactics. I have called everyday and have to date had no resolution to the problem. The electrical contractor went to the property on Monday 30 December to give a quotation. Today is the 2nd January and my property in darkness. The garage motor was damaged during the surge and was also reported at the same time. Nothing has been attended to and the car has to be parked on the street as the garage door will not open. The call centre agents seem to be in no hurry to help the situation either. I have resorted to this website as the call centre will not transfer me to a complaints division.
