RE: Unauthorized Removal of Items from garage at Schmidt Street No.5 Narraville Walvis Bay, Namibia on 05th November 2013
I register a claim with outsurance on the 30th September 2013 regarding some damage that were cause by rain and it was approved by their claim department. An assessment was done by Mike Kriner your assessor and with Rene Louw the owner of Maintenance Man that was subcontracted by Outsurance.
On the 03rd November 2013 the work was finalized and Mr Louw and his workers left my premises at around 18h00 that afternoon. Later that night I went to my garage and I notice that the following items were gone.
o Two grinders, One Drill machine, Two, Reels and 6oo meter fishing line
The workers of Maintenance man had excess to move in and out of my garage.
I reported the case to the Namibia Police with case no 04/11/2013 and is still under investigation.
After several phone calls to Mr Mike Kriner since the 4th November 2013, Mr. Rene Louw as well as Mr Connie Knoetse, I did not receive any clarity who will take responsibility for what happened to my property.
