Aftre recently acquiring a new property, one of the main switches blew. Indoor Plumbing came out and advised that this was due to a power surge. Furthermore they promised us that we need to put in a dual switch to protect us from inetrnal and external electrical surges. This we duly did. Three months latter and another power surge. So we called them out again. Now they advised that switches only protect half the board and and due to power surge they also needed to replace three switches. This at our own cost. Upon contesting the amount, we were advised that there was nothing Indoor Electrical and Plumbing could.

This is unacceptable especially as we were intially promised that the surge protection unit protected the entire board!!!
