Round about the 25th of January I called the insurance asking what would happen if I decided ti change the regular driver on my vehicle to someone else. Lelanie gave me a qoue and I told her I would let her know if I wanted the policy changed otherwise she was supposed to leave it as t was. Lelanie said she would call me back on the monday to confirm. In that space of time she had asked me to rate my interaction with her and because I diddnt feel that her service was anything exceptional I did not bother toi rate her. On the 31st a dedction goes of my account and it was the qouted amount. To say I was furious on realising tht Lelanie had robbed me is an understatement. I asked for a refund and I was told I would get a real time refund which I haven't reveived. The following day my second policies deduction went throutn and it also has a ridiculous amount on which which I have no idea how Lelanie went into and amended according to Lord knows what because that is not the premium I was paying for the past four months. I am starting to feel like king price insurance is only after my premiums. I have been with them for about 4 months now and this is the 3rd incident. The first involved.
