I logged a call regarding my profile that I couldn't access. I was asked to send screen shots which I did. Due to the nature of my work i couldn't take calls randomly during the day and I asked the person who assisted me to please contact me before 09:00 in the morning. She didn't do this, I left numerous messages for her to call me back during the day when I was available with no luck.
Today I phoned (call originally logged mid November) to follow up and resolve this, and I was told yet again that she is not available but the call was closed on 2 December 2013.

This is a business account, and I need to be able to access this, and I've waited nearly two months for this to be resolved.

It's not acceptable, and the fact that she just closes the call - how does that work, the query is not resolved.
