E-mail out of order - No one willing to assist

On Friday, I was lost without e-mail. Logged a call with Web Africa (hosting domain) to resolve this. Took them an entire day to resolve this issue. Again today, Tuesday, I am without my e-mail. I run my entire business via my e-mail. I logged a call at 09:50 this morning. I was told that the problem would be resolved in 90 minutes. At 12:00pm, I still was unable to access my e-mail. Again i phoned webafrica. I was told that they are wrling on the problem. Now, at 16:50 I again phoned and was put on hold and the operator eventually hung the phone up on me. What type of service are they giving to their clients? I have now phoned them a total of 4 times today and no-one is responding to my calls or queries from my gmail account. I'm so fed up with this company. I have to pay them a monthly fee, but they do nothing to speed up their processes when they are at fault. I'm seriously considering canceling my contract with them and moving to a more reliable hosting company.
