Fees Charged even though service was cancelled

I was convinced to upgrade my banking package to a platinum one for a fee by a private banker. I proceeded with agreeing the service I required. The next 5 months that followed was a nightmare and emotionally taxing.
My accounts were badly set up, additional fees were levied erroneously, information was lost, my existing accounts were impacted, etc.. With each call to the banker, all I got was I'm so sorry, its not my fault but this or that department's. I have banked with this bank for years and when I self managed my accounts I had experienced minimal issues. With paying for Platinum service, I got the worst service ever, it was unbelievable. Finally, I refused to speak to the banker who was clueless and went in to the Branch and closed all my 'Platinum' accounts. Two months later, I'm still paying fees for the Platinum services. I informed the service agent that closed the account, but received no response. Nedbank Platinum Private Banking is a substandard service and a great disappointment based on what was promised for an additional fee. I will not recommend it to anyone, there were no perks just frustration.
