Old Mutual is busy handling a death claim. I am one of the beneficiaries. They have had the forms since 3 December. Every time I phone I get told it has been escalated to see what the delay is. Now today I get told they need nomination forms with amounts on and not percentages which is not what I was told nearly three weeks ago. So now it is another delay because quite honestly it looks like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Every time I phone I have to speak to another person and nobody is really giving me any answers. I just feel that this whole claim has been handled very badly and should surely have been settled by now.
