Death claim

After meeting all criteria of my late wife's death claim they are dragging feet for a silly 29 000 claim. May i add that Sanlam settled the same kind of claim within 30 days. I fill in 8 forms they need another. Please send a agent to help me or keep the silly 29 000 rand for yourself. I am also considering cancelling my 20 year policy i have with this company. I am fedup with lack of response. I will gladly supply my name and policy number if that is required.
