I visited Alberton Branch to load a temp EAP limit as I needed to make 2 big transfers. I asked the consultant if my limit will revert back to my original limit to enable the normal monthly transfers as well. The consultant confirmed such but when I tried it declined. On 27 December I visited the Branch again to have it resolved and was informed by the consultant that it was sorted. When I got home I tried to make a transfer and again it was declined. I went back to the Branch where I waited a further 40 min while they tried to find the Manager to sign off a R 400k limit. It was finally signed off and according to the consultant loaded. That evening when tried to transfer it was declined again. On 30 December I went back to the Branch to raise the issue, explained it to the Team Leader and again the Manager was unavailable to sign off, she promised me that she would get it signed off, loaded and would phone me to confirm. It is now 18h44, no call received, my limit not adjusted as promised and I am unable to make transfers to pay my debt. How many times must I visit the Branch to have a limit loaded? All of my accounts will show late payment because of this and not once an apology!
