Refusal to service vehicle as per Service Plan

I drive a VW Polo TDi. I booked my vehicle for a 180 000 km service at McCarthy Volkswagen in Pretoria.

I took the vehicle for service on 30 December 2013 and I was assigned a service technician, I informed him that I use the Platinum Service Plan from Liquid Capital, I also gave him my plan number (as per requirements from Liquid Capital).

According to my vehicle's service schedule under the scope of service it states that every 90 000 km the "Toothed belt for camshaft drive must be re-newed"

According to the Liquid Capital Service Plan documentation sent to me, Page 13, Sub-heading "What is covered - Service Plan" sub-heading" Cambelt replacement" it is stated that: The administrator will only pay for the replacement of a cambelt or accessory belt if it is recommended by the manufacturer at a specified service interval."

I fail to understand why they don't want to authorize the cambelt replacement. I've spent a lot of time calling them and they don't bother calling back, they just say they'll call back.

This is very frustrating as I'm receiving a very poor service from them :'(
