Debiting my account

I took a device out and it got in a break in when i took the device the sales agent told me that with the device installment and the insurance it will be R200 but now when im claiming they informed me that i never paid for my insurance and must pay a 420 backdated i informed them that i wont pay the amount and they must not debit the money but still they debit my account with this amount and i want my money back now i lady informed me that she will look into it and see if they can return my money this is a rip off
