Device payment debit account x 3 times. no refund

DEVICE payments - received SMS saying that the device went off...
so i never worried about it... today they transfer R500 out of my account and R229 yesterday 3 x device payments... they failed to tell me that the last 2 months the device debit order did not go off... so they just debit my account when it suits them... but SMS says the device went off... no sms to say debit order did not go through. who debits the day before people get paid... FFS - how the am i suppose to know it did not go off... you cannot take nearly R800 from my account. i am pregnant a mother and have bills to pay... as a service provider it is your job to inform me there is an issue with my account and get it sorted you cannot just take money off service providers should contact clients and say debit order did not go through please can we fix this issue not debit 3 months in a row in one month without saying a word... i hate FNB... really me off... get back to me... i want my money back or you feed my kids... sick of this... with FNB... you are my nightmare... this is shocking service highly off... you pay my bills you...
