Surrender my savings

I requested my savings be surrended as was requested by the contact centre to submit documentation, which i did on the 17th Dec 2013. I received a sms to say all documentation received. My bank account was the again debited over the weekend which promted me to call again. I was then told i have outstanding documents i need to send. Prior to today i spoke to 3 different people an no one told me they needed further documents. So i was going to wait like an for my own money? Do they need my intire life story for me to get my own money before i actually get a cent? Im really not happy with the service received, yet i was never late with not 1 installment. I need this resolved asap. I refuse to send any more documents i just want my money!
