Taking forever with payout

In April we found out that my mother had a life policy with Metropolitan and she passed away in 2002 already so we phoned Metropolitan and I spoke to Nicolene Lourens and she said we must put in a death claim, she emailed all the documents that we need to complete and we have send it back to her. Then we've send everything to her on the 26/05/2013 and she told me that it would take 5 working days process it then she will get back to me, which she didn't. On the 06/06/13 Heather Adams send me email requesting our banking details and my marriage certificate and one document which we didn't signed, so we send all the requested documents to her on the 11/06/13. I Phoned her on the 12/06/13 to ask if she received the documents which her reply was yes, and then i asked how long is it going to take now. She told me that SARS have to do the assessment now which will only take 1 to 2 working days then they will send us an sms of how much will be paid out to us. On the 18th I phoned her again and she told me the same story, so today I phoned her again and now she is telling me the same story again!!! I'm sorry but this is unacceptable!!! Why must we wait so long!!!
