Urst pipe, waiting for 3rd day to be assisted

Good Day

I am a home owner, came back from Holiday on the 27th of Dec 2013. Noticed a strange sound in our bathroom. realized that a pipe burst and gave SB Home Owners Insurance a Call on the 28th for assistance. The Leak Detectors only arrived on Sunday morning the 29th to tell me that they cannot work in the rain. I am still waiting. I just want to know who will pay for all the access water being wasted?

In the event we cannot pay 1 installment they want to re-possess our properties, but wait for service from them, you will wait a life time.
