Standard Bank
Unattended Leaking Pipe

Business & Finance

2 Claims were logged with Standard Bank Home Insurance for 2 leaking water pipes, early October. The plumbing company was assigned and the leaks were closed. Under advisement, I left the hole in bathroom open, because the ground under my bathroom needed to dry first. On 16 November, the same pipe in my bathroom, sprung a leak again and I've had no hot running water for 2 1/2 weeks. Numerous phones later, from myself and i still haven't had a response from either the Insurance or Plumbing Company. Even my complaints to the Customer Care Centre hasn't been attended to.

How many more calls do I make. How many more days do I wait. How many more consultants do I explain my dilemna to. How many more buckets of water am I going to be boiling.

Is there anyone who can answer me.
