Pipe Leak

Two moths ago I call standard bank insurance to do repairs on a leaking pipe. Standard Bank advise on a R750 access for repairs but call out is free, which i except. Its found that there is a leaking pipe and i agree to pay the access for the repairs. Job is all done and i get a call from the plumbers saying all clear. My yard is now looking like a meteor hit it. I call standard bank after a week of no news and they say "no, another access of R500 is required to fix" the big hole. I do not understand why I must pay 2 accesses for one job and one claim. I was apparently told in the call that this was mentioned and standard bank still CANNOT give me a copy of this recording and this is now another 3 weeks later. So i must pay for the damage they cuased, and whether it was to be dug or not is not my problem my yard was not found that way in the 1st place. I will not wait any longer, this complaint is now heading the the Ombudsman and the NCC.
