COMPLAINT

When I opened the account I was told that I will be charged R11.50 for the month and all my transactions are free, whose fault is that!!!

Now I am being charged for things I didn't know about! Service fees? I was told that is the R11.50??

This is falsely advertising and I WANT THIS SORTED OUT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
