I had an accident on 29 December 2013 and thank goodness the car was towed away by the Insurance company, however that was teh beginning of my worries. It is now almost two weeks later and I have not heard from the inusrer regarding my car, I have no idea whether the claim was approved or not nor do I know the extent of the damage.

Furthermore, I pay for the car hire option, yet I have been immobile since the accident. There are nbo report backs, phones remain unanswered and there is general poor client feedback. I am absolutely horrified with this service.
