Once again Alllife have debited 5 days early

My bank account was debited with R360, which is my premium, on 27 December instead of 1 January 2014. This is the 4th time that Alllife have done this to me and every time I have complained they have assured me that it will never be done again.By Alllife doing this they have put me into a difficult position as I work on a very tight budget and my salary only comes into my account on the last day of the month which is why I requested debits to be done on the lst of each month. I was not even asked for permission if they felt it was necessary for whatever reason to debit early and I was given no prior warning. I find this totally unacceptable and due to the fact that they have assured me in the past it will never happen again just shows that they have no integrity and in my opinion they have total disrespect to their clients. Had I have known all this beforehand I most certainly would not have taken out a policy with them as not one other company whom I have to pay on a monthly basis do that. If the premium date occurs on a Public Holiday they all debit the next working day. Alllife should hang their heads IN SHAME!!!
