Worst service ever received from Standard bank.

I'm getting irritated by the service I'm receiving lately from Standard bank. Called the call centre on the 28/12/2013 @ 8am was placed on hold I really don't know why, but I think the consultant just signed on @ the time the call came through, took my details placed me on hold again, was on the line for 10minutes on hold again. I spent a whole 20minutes on the line just to be told my reference number he can't find I need to be placed on hold to get another reference I mean like really, if this is world class service then surly I don't want this service, all I needed was to load UNISA on my beneficiary list that's all...
